  • What time do I get my laundry back?
    Your freshly cleaned laundry will be delivered within 5 hours from the time of collection 😀.
  • I want to schedule a pickup from my hotel. What should I do?
    To ensure a seamless experience, please provide your 🏨 hotel name and room number when placing your order. Along with your laundry, a prepayment of 300,000 VND is required. Any change owed to you will be promptly returned with your delivery . Once your laundry is ready for collection, please send us an SMS or message via WhatsApp to +84 8888 24477 to notify the reception/concierge/front desk.
  • Do you charge a pick-up and delivery fee for every service?
    No, when booking multiple services, the pick-up and delivery fee is charged only once. If any additional charges are incurred, they will be promptly refunded.
